Lake Victoria is the world's largest tropical lake — a vast inland sea with 3,000+ islands, Nile perch fishing, and the source of the Nile River. Mwanza, Tanzania's second city, is the gateway to the Western Circuit and offers Saanane Island NP, granite kopje rock climbing, and fishing safaris.
